Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are initiated only after a return request is approved and the product passes quality inspection.

  • Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders.

Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • The refunded amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Orders canceled after shipment

  • Products returned in used or damaged condition

  • Customized or sale items
